Frequently Asked Questions

Need to return your purchase?

If you are not happy with your order, you can return your GANNI item(s) as usual in the RePack packaging and send it back to GANNI so we can use it again. Please follow the below steps:

Complete the GANNI Returns form and place it inside the RePack together with the item(s) you wish to return.
Close the RePack and secure with tape.
Remember to fold RePack's return label inside. Attach the GANNI pre-paid returns label on top of the RePack and remove or delete any other previous shipping labels on the parcel.
Important! Please make sure RePack return label is not visible when returning the purchase as this will cause a delay in your return.
Take the RePack containing your order to your local parcel shop to send back to us.

How do I return the empty RePack?

Once you've received your order, returning your empty RePack is easy.

Turn the attached address label saying "Reply paid" visible on top of the package, close it with the included velcro and drop it into your nearest mailbox.
